If you would like to participate in the Autograph Party, please contact Sonia Gensler, giving your name and list of published books which you will be autographing. OWFI membership is not required, but OWFI Conference registration is. Authors can sell books at their table and take the money themselves, as well as signing books sold elsewhere. The authors, whether books are in the OWFI book room or not, and whether self-published or not, may bring their own books, posters, etc., and must remove them after the event.
The chairperson will have a place card printed with your name and will have your space reserved and marked. She will work with hotel personnel, and the OWFI event planner, to oversee setup and take down of tables and chairs, and to ensure that only registered conference participants are set up for the autograph party.
