We're pleased as punch that you sent us a thing!

In most cases, you should receive an automated confirmation email letting you know that we received it. This indicates that your thing, whatever it was (and we're sure it was awesome!), was sent to the right person and/or people.

We'll try to get back to you as soon as possible with the status of your thing. If you're anything like me, though, you sometimes get antsy--worried that the thing you sent didn't send or that it didn't get to where it was supposed to get. Don't worry! Just give us 24 to 48 hours to get back to you. If nothing has happened in that time, and you're still worried, go ahead and Contact Us.
